Being a first-generation Latina has shaped the way I see opportunities, challenges, and leadership. Growing up, I learned the importance of resilience, hard work, and staying connected to my roots. My family’s experiences taught me to value every step forward and to understand the importance of representing my community with pride. These lessons influence how I carry myself in school, work, and professional environments. My background has helped me develop a leadership style
